Studio Slow

Studio Slow and Slow Wood are founded by Christien Starkenburg who also runs a family business called Jan de Jong Interior in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. Their beautiful showroom is filled with their own designs as well as many well-known high quality interior brands like Fritz Hansen, Santa Cole & Zanotta.

Besides capturing their store and a few of their latest in house-designs, I also photographed their home that is located in the same building. It reflects a mindful living, with a minimum of objects and items. The ones selected all come from heartfelt crafters and makers from near and far. I love their timeless, authentic signature that reflects in their every design and project.
