[SOLD OUT] Interior Photography Workshop at By Mölle
After teaching a succesfull interior photography workshop last June, I am pleased to announce a new one on Sunday October 6th at the store of By Mölle in Hattem!
Surrounded by the most beautiful linens and furniture designs, I’ll be teaching my photography-workflow with the use of natural light. What makes a strong composition? How do you vary with different angles and interesting perspectives? When do you use a 50 mm lens or a 24-70 mm lens? This workshop is suited for you if you are interested in learning more about creating images of interiors that are simple yet rich & minimalistic.
After capturing settings - where I also personally guide the attendees - we will dive into post-editing our images with Adobe Lightroom to make them stand out even more!
So grab your camera (or lend one from a friend, bring extra lenses (if you have them) and take your laptop with you for an intensive yet inspiring day in October! I look forward to meeting you there.

The workshop
In our upcoming session, we will delve into the art of styling and photographing various settings found in-store. With practical examples, I will show you what makes a composition strong. Moreover, I will showcase techniques for harnessing natural light to enhance your compositions. You will learn to discern the optimal angles and compositions for your shots. Additionally, we will explore the impact of different lenses on your images and how they contribute to achieving desired effects. To top it off, I will guide you on optimizing your photographs using Adobe Lightroom Classic CC to elevate your visual storytelling skill set.
Each attendee is able to have one-on-one time with me, in case of any personal questions.
Please feel free to bring your digital camera, your analogue camera or simply your mobile phone.

Marieke Verdenius is a photographer from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Her photography focuses on simple and beautiful moments in lifestyle, interiors, food, nature, and still life. She prefers using natural light to capture the essence of these everyday moments.
About By Mölle
Inspired by nature we care for what surrounds us. We celebrate a slow lifestyle, bespoke craftsmanship, natural materials and timeless beauty. In 2012 we made our first blankets with local wool, followed by pure linen bedding and recycled denim cushions and throws. All crafted end to end in Europe with local natural materials. Since then our collection has grown based on these ethical and sustainable principles.
